We are committed to delivering high-quality roll forming machines with superior performance and durability. Under proper operation and regular maintenance, our machines are guaranteed for a period of two years from the date of successful installation and commissioning at the Buyer's facility. During this warranty period, we will provide free replacement of defective parts due to manufacturing faults (excluding wear and tear parts). Additionally, we offer lifetime technical support to ensure smooth operation and performance optimization of your equipment.

To assist with the installation and commissioning of the machine, we offer on-site technical support at the Buyer's facility. If required, we will dispatch an experienced technician to the overseas factory for machine installation, regulation, and training. This service is available at a rate of USD 150 per day. The Buyer is responsible for assisting in obtaining the necessary visa, as well as covering the cost of round-trip airfare, local transportation, accommodation, and daily meals for our technician. Our experts will ensure that your equipment is installed correctly and that your staff is trained to operate it efficiently.

For additional technical assistance, we provide an optional remote control service for troubleshooting and software diagnostics at an extra cost of USD 1500. With this service, possible software failures and system malfunctions can be remotely diagnosed and corrected through a built-in control mode, reducing downtime and ensuring seamless operation. This option offers a fast and cost-effective way to resolve potential technical issues without requiring an on-site visit from a technician.
