Roll forming machine

The host design sequence deformation structure consists of three-phase AC motor, frame, wire cutting wall panel, forming shaft roller, synchronous gear, etc.

1) Transmission method: The forming roller is driven by a synchronous chain and a motor reducer.

2) Rack: Made of national standard H-beam welded as a whole, with reinforcing ribs welded in the middle. The installation surface is CNC dragon gate planing to ensure flatness, and stress relief is achieved after welding.

3) The welding material adopts flux cored gas shielded welding wire to weld the frame and structural components, and the mechanical properties such as structural strength meet the standards of ship components.

4) Main motor power: 11KW.

5) Number of forming roller tracks: 20 forming tracks

6) Molding line speed: 10-11m/min

7) Forming plate thickness: 0.89/1.25mm

8) Roll material: 45 # chrome plated.

9) Bearing: Harbin bearings are used

10) Main shaft: Shaft diameter: Φ80mm。 Material: 45 # steel, quenched and tempered, precision machined, quenched and tempered hardness: HRC:250-280.

11) Wall panel material: A3, CNC precision machining.

12) Bearing seat: made of cast iron material, precision machined, high stability, long service life.

13) Accessory processing: All accessories are precision machined, polished, sharp edged, plated with decorative chrome or blackened.

14) Appearance treatment: After welding, shot blasting and rust removal are carried out. The welding position is polished, degreased, and putty is applied before spraying the primer. The topcoat is made of high-grade polyurethane paint and sprayed twice. The details are finely processed, and the appearance is high-end and atmospheric.

15) Structural components and standard components shall comply with national standards.
